    How do I prepare before my lash service?
    Please arrive with clean lashes, without any eye makeup or oil-based eye makeup removers.

    How long does Lash Lifting last on average?
    Approximately 6-8 weeks. It depends on your hair structure, lash replenishing cycle and eye care products. We recommend using a water-based eye makeup remover and avoiding waterproof mascara to extend the longevity of your lash service. If using a lash growth serum you may apply after 24 hours and enjoy an extended lash lift for 8-10 weeks.

    Can I apply mascara after my lash lift & tint?
    Yes! Most clients love the ease of not needing to apply eye makeup but you absolutely can if you’d like. Regular mascara, shadows and eye- liners can be applied 24 hours after your lash service. It is not advised to apply waterproof mascara, if you do it is ok but the lash lift may not last as long.

    How do I maintain my lashes after lash lifting?
    Lash lifting is extremely low-maintenance! For the first 24 hours post lash lift treatment you just have to avoid submerging your lashes with water or steam. Napping face down or on the side where your lashes could be bent in an unfavorable way is not recommended for the first 24 hours as well. After 24 hours, massages performed face down or eye masks to sleep are just fine.

    How long does tinting last?
    Eyelash or eyebrow tinting lasts approximately 2-3 weeks; Depending on your natural skin and hair oils and active ingredients in your cleansers and skincare.

    How do I prepare for a wax or brow/lash lift appointment?
    You must discontinue use of any retinol derivative at least 7 days prior to your appointment.

    Plan to lay low for 48 hours and stay out of the sun, salt water, and avoid excessive sweating and heavy makeup foundation. The goal is to keep the skin clean to avoid any irritations.

    How long does Brow Lifting last?
    Approximately 4-6 weeks but it can last longer if you are using a brow conditioning serum to extend the longevity of your brow service.

    Do I need to avoid contact with water or makeup remover after my Brow Lift service?
    Yes, it is advised to avoid water or makeup remover for 24 hours post a Brow Lifting service. After 24 hours you may splash water directly on your brows while cleansing or swimming!

    What is Sugaring?
    Sugaring is a pure, organic and biodegradable hair removal paste composed of natural sugar, lemon and water. Sugar is kept at a comfortable lukewarm temperature and is water-soluble so no sticky residue after!

    My skin is sensitive, can I sugar wax?Absolutely! Many sensitive clients that have had poor experiences from traditional waxing have noticed sugar waxing is an overall gentler service with less irritation to the skin. The method of sugaring is unique in that hair is eased out of the follicle in the direction of the natural hair growth so there is less of a chance of breakage and ingrown hairs from occurring.

    How do I prepare for my sugaring appointment?
    Take it easy and keep the area to be sugared dry and clean. We suggest avoiding hot yoga, high intensity workouts and saunas for 4 hours prior to sugaring.

    Do you suggest monthly maintenance?
    Yes, after consecutive sugar waxing sessions your hair will start to grow more sparse, and with lighter regrowth.

    How long should I wait after shaving to start sugaring?
    We recommend allowing 10-14 days of hair regrowth post shaving for optimal results.

    Is there anything I should avoid after sugaring?
    For the first 48 hours please avoid:

    • High intensity workouts, hot yoga, pool and ocean swims to avoid any irritants from occurring.

    • Harsh chemical or physical exfoliants like loofahs, artificial fragrances and acne treatments in your body cleansers.

    • Intimacy including perspiration and friction can lead to skin infections if the area is not kept dry and clean.
