Before your facial:
Avoid Retinols and Harsh Exfoliants: Stop using retinoids, AHAs, BHAs, or any strong exfoliants 3–5 days before your appointment. This helps prevent sensitivity during the treatment.
Stay Out of the Sun: Avoid direct sun exposure and tanning (including tanning beds) for at least 3–5 days before your facial. Sunburned or irritated skin isn’t ideal for treatment.
Come with Clean Skin: Arrive with a clean, makeup-free face if possible. Your esthetician will cleanse your skin, but arriving fresh can save time and prevent any irritation.
Stay Hydrated: Drink plenty of water in the days leading up to your facial. Well-hydrated skin responds better and heals faster.
Communicate Skin Concerns: Be ready to discuss your skincare goals, sensitivities, or any products you’re currently using. The Glo2Facial can be customized, so the more your esthetician knows, the better.
Hold Off on Other Treatments: Avoid other intensive treatments like chemical peels, laser sessions, or microneedling for about 2 weeks before your Glo2Facial.
Relax: This treatment is very gentle. You don’t need to do anything special the night before — just get a good night’s sleep and arrive ready to glow.

We recommend starting with a series of 4 Glo2Facial treatments scheduled once a month for quickest results. If you prefer to space out your facials, you can absolutely do that as well.

Then, Glo2Facial is performed on the freshly exfoliated skin, allowing the oxygenation and serums to penetrate even deeper for better results.

Is the Glo2Facial pregnancy or nursing safe?
We recommend consulting with your primary care provider before scheduling this advanced facial. Your skin goes through many hormonal changes and sensitivities while pregnant or nursing so we advise to wait until post-partum or no longer nursing to book this treatment.

Keep It Simple: Use gentle, hydrating skincare for the first 24–48 hours. Avoid strong active ingredients like retinols, AHAs, BHAs, and vitamin C serums until your skin fully settles.
Hydrate, Hydrate, Hydrate: Drink lots of water to help your skin stay plump and maximize the benefits of the facial.
Protect Your Glow: Always apply a broad-spectrum SPF 30 or higher, even if you’re mostly indoors. Your fresh skin will be more sensitive to sun exposure.
Avoid Heat and Sweating: Skip hot yoga, saunas, intense workouts, or hot showers for the first 24 hours to prevent irritation.
Don’t Pick or Exfoliate: Your skin is already exfoliated and renewed from the treatment. Let it heal naturally — no scrubs, exfoliating brushes, or peels for at least 5 days.
Focus on Moisture: Use a good moisturizer morning and night. Hydrated skin will prolong your glow and help maintain your results.
Listen to Your Skin: If anything feels irritated, back off from all products except a gentle cleanser, moisturizer, and SPF until things calm down.
