Cancellation policy

You may cancel or reschedule your appointment prior to 24 hours of your scheduled appointment without incurring charges. Please contact The Skin Hut if you are not feeling well or if there is an emergency.

Late arrivals

Should you arrive late for your scheduled appointment, your therapist will try their best to complete your service within the booking timeline. Please be aware that certain steps in your treatment may have to be excluded due to the reduced time.

Which Facial is best for me?

If it’s your first time or a reoccurring visit you always have the option to book a consultation with facial and leave it up to your licensed skin therapist to give you their honest and professional opinion on what they recommend would be best for you.

Forms of payment

Cash, credit cards or gift certificates are all acceptable forms of payment. Valid gift certificates can be used to purchase any service or product within 1 year of gift certificate purchase date.

Keiki Policy

We love our keiki, but we will not be able to perform any services to the best of our ability as well as need to maintain a quiet environment for the surrounding staff members with keiki present. For safety reasons, we will not be able to accept any persons age 18 or younger unless they receive parental consent prior to their service.

All services are by appointment only. You may easily book your appointment online, by phone or text.

Parking

Free parking is located at the business, you may park inside of the gated lot or find street parking. We are located in the yellow 2-story building across the street from Hele Gas Station and Enchanted Lake Starbucks.
