Cancellation Policy
We have a cancellation policy 24 hours before your scheduled appointment, therefore please keep this in mind should you wish to cancel or amend your booking. Should you feel unwell or develop any Covid-19 symptoms within 24 hours of your appointment, the cancellation charge will be waived, as the wellbeing of our staff and clients are our top priority. If you are unsure whether to attend your appointment, please contact the spa so we can advise you.
Late cancellations (less than 24 hours to your appointment) are subject to a $25 late fee. Missed appointments are charged at half value of your service cost.
Covid-19 Policy
As we navigate together during these unprecedented times, we ask that you read and adhere to our safety guidelines to ensure our staff and clients are safe and comfortable during each service. The Skin Hut uses cleaning products and protocols which meet Department of Health and Centers for Disease Control guidelines. Prior to opening each day, the studio will be thoroughly cleaned and sanitized according to city, county, state and federal mandates. We also request that any customer who is feeling unwell to please reschedule your visit with your skin therapist. Our staff is fully vaccinated. Therapists will wear a face mask throughout the entire service to ensure clients are comfortable. Clients are not required to wear a mask but are asked to sanitize their hands prior to beginning their treatment.
Therapists will wash hands with antibacterial soap and water for 20 seconds before and after each service. Tools will be disinfected and sanitized after each use.
Contactless payments are available via square reader and IPad which will be wiped and sanitized after each service.
Door pushes, light switches and windows will be disinfected frequently. The frequency of cleaning and sanitizing has been increased in all public spaces with an emphasis on high-contact surfaces.
Shared spaces including waiting area, bathrooms and surfaces will be wiped down frequently and professionally deep cleaned on a weekly basis.
